I used Zotero to collect and manage the references for SVO. Recently, Zotero has added the ability to share collections. Right now this new capability is not very useful unless you are a Zotero user, but I expect that the developers will soon add better views of the collections on the Zotero website.
Unfortunately, the bulk of the material in the bibliography either require expensive subscriptions to access online or is not online at all. However, you should be able to access all the material through inter-library loan at your local public library.
